Jaeger Medical is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with Palex The Netherlands B.V. (“Palex”). Effective October 1, 2026, we will transition our Dutch sales and service operations from a direct model to a distribution model in partnership with Palex.
By partnering with Palex, Jaeger Medical combines its innovative product portfolio with an established local partner offering extensive infrastructure, broad commercial reach, and deep customer relationships. Further, this strategic transition is designed to accelerate revenue growth, improve operating income, and support Jaeger Medical’s broader strategy to capture increased market share across Europe.
To ensure a frictionless transition for clients, Jaeger Medical’s dedicated Dutch sales and service team members will transition their roles directly to Palex, effective October 1. This integration guarantees that existing customers in The Netherlands will continue working with the trusted experts they rely on today, while gaining access to expanded local resources and support capabilities.
